So am needing to use the Lighting Effects filter for an assignment (finally managed to get into it by going into CC 64-bit) and get one of the two results below, either fully black or a very dark image. Have adjusted all the sliders either way, tried all the different presets, played around with pretty much everything available on the filter settings and still no light. The only other thing I could try would be the Intensity Ring, which is greyed out and I can't change it. Does anyone know what I can do?
