The general rule is or was 300ppi but I have read others that state the number can be lowered some. As for the color mode, that depends on the printer, most newer printers require rgb, so you will need to ask your printer service if your using one or read the manual if your printing to a personal printer.
The bit when printer is general 8 bit, some newer more expesive printer may support a higher color gamet, but in general cmyk is not as large of a gamet as rgb. So again read or ask.
To play safe, you normally can set it to 300ppi, 8-bit RGB. Since the paper selection is international, I would assume you are using metric rather than imperial settings, so conversion from inches to millimeter's may be needed. As I don't think the value changes when changing between the two.
