Re: Photoshop CC has bugs ?

Thanks for writing again, Noel.  I did hear from someone at Adobe this morning who will be looking into the specific problems.  There was some question about whether it might be related to the Wacom tablet –– can't wait to learn more about what's causing the troubles.  Whatever it turns out to be, I'm just grateful for any assistance they can provide.  Glad you're having a good experience with Photoshop and I hope to say the same soon, too!
