I Have the application called Revel on my new iPad. I also purchased the $59.95 unlimited photo upload option and uploaded over 1000 photos from my Nikon. Yesterday, when I opened the app, all of albums disappeared. One picture remains. I contacted two different Adobe customer service helplines and the first told me to cal Apple and the second said he couldn't help either. apple told me that they can't help me fix a third party app. How will I ever retrieve my photos, many of which I spent hours photoshopping to improve. I have wasted hours these past two days "getting help". From people in India who don't know anything. If there is no fixing this problem, how can I get my money back for this loss and aggravation? Help!
