an old Threshold version of Windows 10 that was never clean installed can cause 190 errors because the app can't match the build numbers up
assuming he is in fact using the Adobe CC app to run the install then the best fix is a clean install of Windows + reload the Adobe apps (from Cc app) one at a time
Ah, then my screenshots are not far of.
I use a mid-2012 MBP running 10.13.5
Then he can get an ISO here: Download Windows 10 Disc Image (ISO File)
Ah. It worked. Restarting and Resetting PRAM. That. Was. Weird.
Well, glad it saved you a trip to the Genius bar. I missed the PRAM part, but yes that usually fixes hardware burps as well.
I took a number of photos and processed them in Photoshop. Now the file info says author/copyright is somebody who I have never heard of. I can correct the info one file at the time but not simultaneously correct the info for every file in a folder or every file in a set of folders in a single operation. I have dozens of files with this problem. but there are dozens of files with this error. How did this error occur. What is a fast way to correct the author and copyright fields for all the photos.
유용한 정보 고맙습니다~ 덕분에 해결하네요~
If the deck of cards is a smart object layers and you add the perspective by transforming the smart object. A Photoshop Script may be able retrieve the smart object layers Transform matrix. I believe I saw some code posted in the Photoshop Scripting forum to do that. When the is much warping knowing with to do with the retrieved data was above my pay grade. Search the Photoshop Scripting for Smart Object information.

I had a similar issue with my iMac 2012 (I think) and it was a graphic card problem so I decided to update to a new iMac.

That would probably be the person who originally created them and therefore holds the copyright -
Note mine? Duly noted
It starts or seems to start, that is an icon moves into the Downloads folder, and there is a file 'Photoshop_12_LS1.dmg.downoad' created, but it never looses the .download suffix, meaning it is shown as an ongoing download, but it never completes, I had it run over night, it's 1.1GB.
Mac OS 10.11.6.
Thank you for your help!
When you record step to click somewhere using Eyedropper tool without Allow Tool Recording then you get step Set Foreground Color with hard-coded color. When Allow Tool Recording is checked then Use eyedropper step will be recorded below Set Foreground Color for the same operation using the same tool with data which should be where is clicked and perhaps settings from Options bar.
Same tool, same operation but different step recorded. The difference is in the name of additional step and what instruction or data is inside that step.
If you can get Allow Tool Recording available then check it and you will be able to record step Use eyedropper.
Just to add and those lines: when recording with Allow Tool Recording checked there will be two steps recorded: Set Foreground Color and Use eyedropper which will override Set Foreground Color step when playing action. I have deleted that step in provided action. One more useful info is that step to set Background color can be recorded. The only difference is in Alt/Opt key which should be pressed to sample color for Background color.
Hi
It sounds like you have your logo in a smart object . If so just use Ctrl+J to duplicate the smart object and transform it into the new position. If you double click either smart object and alter the content, both copies will update.

Immediately need to delete 30 licenses.
The support service informed me yesterday (29.06.18) that it is possible to delete 30 licenses today (30.06.18)! I went into technical support, but it did not work. What to do?
You normally login to Manage Account in the Creative Cloud app where you sign in and navigate to Manage Plan etc.
Where did you get this old version of Photoshop from?
