I know that there is alternative ways to zoom but each of them is uncomfortable from me(my workflow) some way.

With the best workstation you can buy. If you set a wet bush spacing to 1% and its tip a large size you will see lag. For $1200 you may be able to get a Laptop you can install all that software on. However these are resource hungry application and if you try to work on document with large canvases with many layers I would not expect that there would be glut of resources these applications would need for optimize performance.

All versions of Elements from 10 to 15 work well in Windows 10 for me.
I have still Lightroom 5.7 which also works ok.

How do I increase the thickness of a font in CS6
I have read where it says highlight the layer and hit stroke but stroke is always grayed out. Maybe I'm only thinking I'm highlighting the layer and not really. I just don't get it

I just cut out an object and wanna replace another thing at it, but its smaller. So I need to refill the space with the area aorund it.

Can't save JPG or PNG due to Generator error
Half of the time I cannot save photos because I will receive an error stating there is a problem with the generator. I've restarted my computer. I uninstalled it last week and it worked for around 24 hours before it showed up again. This keeps delaying my work so I would appreciate any help I can receive.

impossible to select 1px line
Its impossible to select a 1 px line in photoshop. I zoomed in 800% and clicked everywhere, the cursor wont recognize theres a layer there. No matter where i click i cant select it, i have to go through the layers and turn them off and on one by one to make it happen.

That is what I thought you wrote. I have been unable to get that to gray out on me. Draging left and right on the document targeted zooms. I always seem able to check and unchecked the check box on the Zoom option bar The two Image windows are on me middle 4K display, Photoshop window on me left 1600x1200 display and the Right Display 1600x1200 just part of the desktop wall paper.

I can't find anything specific to setting up Photoshop. But safe bet you should include both the Photoshop and sniffer exes.

Someone also claimed good results disabling Desktop Composition.
"Right click photoshop.exe, go to properties, disable desktop composition and viola."

no you dont get what im saying, draw a vector shape, then draw a key line. 1 px width on top.
Then try to select it with the move tool.
its not a bug thats around all the time, its selective for some reason. Sometimes it easy to click and move an object, other times its impossible. no matter where i click or zoom in to select the layer. Nothing works.

There are several ways you could approach this. One way would be to select the Single Row or Single Column Marquee tool.
These tools select only one pixel and will select to the edge of the canvas.
If you don't want to go to the edges of the canvas, you could use the Rectangular Marquee tool, click the Subtract icon, choose Style Normal, and drag around the pixels you want to delete from the selection.
If the selection you want to make is diagonal, once you make a selection with the Single ROw or Single Column Marquee tool, you can choose Select > Transform Selection to rotate the selection.

That's not happening with me every time, it is happening unexpectedly few times in a week, and it was happening even with PS CC 2014 with 1 display and integrated graphics, but it is first time that I notice that it may happen only with one from 2 windows, and it looks like that that window also lose some graphic support from videocard since it didn't zoom smoothly as the other one, even when I was using other zooming methods, so the problem probably is in core of photoshop and not in hardware.

Surface Pro 3 now wont run Photoshop CC 2017
I have found several posts about several versions of Photoshop crashing, hanging and failing on a Surface Pro 3.
Everything was fine on my Surface and now it wont work. I have followed the previous bugs that were left and did the "remove my keyboard and then try" solution but so far no results.
PS CC 2015 display issue on Surface Pro 3
"We've been tracking the display driver failure for a long time - and we're still working on getting it resolved with Intel and MS. For the time being, restart your system, disconnect your keyboard, and launch PS. Then re-attach the keyboard and those errors will likely go away. Please let me know if this works for you"
Is anyone else having the same issue and has found a solution?
Please advise.
